At APECS, we believe an important part of our role is to stimulate new thinking and inquiry in our field. As a not-for-profit, we are uniquely and objectively placed to convene the conversations that will advance coaching and supervision in service of business communities.
Dreaming
It begins with reflections on our diverse experiences. From these, we create new ideas. Members and guests in our forums can speak freely without judgement, give voice to new thoughts without assessment. Here, the seeds of new and expanded capacities and practices are sown nd nourished.
Joining in
We have initiated a team of community members to start this process. We will be meeting to discuss, reflect and curate our observations. We would love any and all of you also to contribute. Please do also let us know if and how you would like to become more involved.
