Toby Ingham

Since 1999 I have coached individuals and worked extensively in FTSE100 businesses in sectors including:

  • pharma

  • media

  • energy

  • investment banking

  • accountancy

  • retail and law firms

  • construction

I help my coaching clients to achieve objectives that add significant value to their lives and businesses, and I have built up a reputation for helping clients to develop their interpersonal skills and to better understand their impact on others.

The strength of my coaching offering is in my talent for helping people reconnect with what energises them. This has been built up through my corporate business background and my analytic training.

Before training as an executive coach, I ran business development and marketing departments latterly for Aegis plc and Hanover Executive. AstraZeneca, Johnson and Johnson, ITV plc, Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Morgan Stanley, Dresdner Kleinwort, BSkyB, BDO, Centrica, Kenneth Green Associates, Mediacom, Mindshare, L’Oreal, WCRS, Carat, CMS Cameron McKenna, Affiliated FM, FM Global, GSK, Lancome, Central Office of Information, the Learning Skills Council, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Royal Bank of Scotland, The Carlyle Group, SABMiller plc, The Crown Estate, BNP Paribas, Office Depot, Wolseley, Garnier and Marks and Spencer.

I graduated in English (BA Hons) from Goldsmith’s College, London and have an MA from Queen Mary University in Modern English Studies. I hold an MA from City University in analytical psychology. I have completed a rigorous and lengthy professional analytic training and am registered with the UKCP and the AIP and the Guild of Psychotherapists. If we are serious about changing the effect we have both on ourselves and the people and teams we work with, then coaching offers a uniquely supportive relationship through which powerful transformational change is possible.

The coaching relationships I develop:

  • are confidential, ethical and professional relationships, in which a full review of your goals, objectives and challenges is possible,

  • allow for a careful understanding of how experience shapes our lives and working styles,

  • provide an ability to carefully work to pursue objectives with confidence and direction.
