About her Practice

Whether you’re looking to enhance your individual or team impact, position yourself for future roles, explore new career possibilities or be supported through a transition, Sue will accompany you on a journey of self-discovery. She enjoys helping people find how to use their natural strengths and authentic leadership style to be successful, whilst also helping them to work through life themes and behavioural patterns that might hold them back.

Early in her career in the pharmaceutical industry, she learnt that leadership is a continuous journey of self-discovery and growth and developed a passion for supporting others through mentoring and coaching. As a leader of global teams and transformation projects, she discovered a passion for working with and getting to know people from different countries and backgrounds. As a result of her background, she appreciates the challenges leaders face working in global, complex, fast-paced organisations where change is a constant and personal resilience is essential.

As Coaching Director in a large, global business, she coached leaders and teams in many different countries to be at their personal best. She also led an award-winning, global women’s leadership development programme, designed programmes to support career progression of ethnically diverse talent, led the training of employees to be internal coaches and other initiatives to embed a coaching culture.

Sue brings a mix of compassion, curiosity and challenge to her coaching and other work relationships. She’s known for creating a calm, safe space for clients to make sense of their situation and find ways forward. Her relational and systemic approach to coaching will enable you to go beyond your usual ways of thinking and behaving.

Whilst she’s trained in but no longer practices as a psychotherapist, she’s comfortable working at psychological depth with clients on life themes, behavioural and belief patterns.
