Her fascination with behavioural change in individuals and teams led her career transition from marketing into coaching senior leaders in organisations.

As Founder and MD of Life’s Work Consulting Stephanie leads a team of coaches to deliver leadership development programmes for a diverse portfolio of global corporate and SME clients. Her commitment to building a positive company culture has shaped her leadership style and contributed to national recognition, awarding Life’s Work finalist for Best Company Culture at the BizX Awards 2025.

As an Executive Coach, Stephanie works primarily with Director and C-suite leaders, forming powerful 'thinking partnerships' to enable clarity and action. Her approach supports clients to turn deep reflection into meaningful behavioural change, creating a lasting impact not only on their own leadership, but also on their teams, stakeholders, and personal lives.

Stephanie is an accredited EMCC Team Coach Practitioner known for creating a safe space for teams to have challenging conversations. She combines this with a creative, evidence-based, and practical approach to build high performing teams.

Stephanie is also an Executive Coach, and Development Centre Assessor at top-ranking Warwick Business School, delivering keynotes, workshops and coaching for MBA cohorts, and Executive Education organisational clients.

A advocate for DEI within career development, Stephanie has partnered with organisations such as Amazon, Bank of England, and Next through her work with Career Returners Ltd, to deliver returner workshops for professionals following a long career break. In her former board role at the Career Development Institute, she pioneered the DEI strategy to promote greater inclusion within the career development profession.
