Experience as an Executive Coach
I have worked as an executive coach for over 15 years with leaders in transition who want to build sustainable commercial success by developing their skill set. In addition to concentrating on transition success, I work with clients to capitalise on this transition time by examining key existing strengths for future career success, and identifying skills, attitudes and behaviours that will enhance career growth and fulfil career potential. This work often provides a developmental and transformational experience above expectations.
Business and organisational experience
My experience in (and passion for) the business sector prior to becoming an executive coach has been crucial in my success. My belief that a focused and transformational leader produces the best commercial results and steady business growth through an engaged and high performing team underpins my work. I came into Dynamic with business experience, and have continued to build that knowledge over time. Many of my clients draw on ideas and experiences that I can offer them about how to build their business through brand, stakeholder relationships and team performance.

Particular preferences and coaching strengths
I start work with clients 'where they are at' and build confidential relationships quickly to understand their vision of success and what they really want to achieve. Being willing to look at the commercial or business impact they make (even in a non-profit situation) is crucial to our work together. We then consider current thinking and attitudes, and how they might think or work differently to build impact on the business and create further career success. Often small changes create significant impact. Clients need to be willing to go to their 'learning edge' and break some comfort zones to achieve progress in the time we work together.
Authentic communication and organisational excellence are also important to me.
