Rod specialises in developing coaching interventions incorporating gamification techniques to enhance our awareness and practice with a focus on Collaboration and Mindsets. Rod brings a rare combination of 25 years’ experience in international high tech business development gained at a senior level, a MBA and MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change to complement his coaching practice.

Sectors: Senior Executives, CEO and Board Level in Corporate (High-tech Semiconductor, Engineering, Healthcare), Not-for-Profit, SME and Public Sector. He is an active Coach and Facilitator supporting The Windsor Leadership Trust on their various Leadership Development Programmes.

He created the ‘Navigating Collaboration IA3.0’ peer-learning intervention which is part of the Accelerating Collaboration Everywhere® Suite of tools. Agile Mindsets: As part of the Agile Mindsets tools, he created several interventions to support the Transformational/Vertical Development desires of his clients. The theory and evidence base of his activities stem from the work of Professor Vlatka Hlupic, the author of the Management Shift and Humane Capital and Otto Laske and Professor Jan De Visch, the co-authors of Dynamic Collaboration. Business and Organisational Experience:

He designed and implemented the restructuring of European service organisations following merger and acquisitions, whilst managing teams with international Profit and Loss responsibility supporting companies such as Nokia, Ericsson, Alcatel, Blaupunkt, Siemens, Ford, JLR. Working with such clients has provided global experience working in the UK, across Europe, USA, Middle East and Far East, resulting in the understanding of the importance of both cultural as well as business differences.
