Richard Clarke

I am an experienced executive coach, supervisor, and systemic psychotherapist, with over 35 years of professional experience across consulting, leadership, and personal development. My career integrates three core strands: senior-level executive leadership, advanced coaching and supervision practice, and systemic psychotherapy. Working across global, multicultural settings, I bring deep insight into leadership dynamics, organisational culture, and human systems.

My practice is deeply rooted in systemic thinking, which has evolved through both academic study

and lived experience. I see my roles as a corporate leader, coach, supervisor, and psychotherapist as

interrelated. I have held some simultaneously and sometimes worked in a more concentrated way in

one discipline. I have found that holding a psychotherapeutic lens enhances my supervisory

presence, and my leadership experience shapes my systemic stance. I work to support senior

leaders, teams, and professionals in navigating complexity, transformation, and growth.

I am currently undertaking a one-year systemic supervision course leading to a registered

supervisory qualification with UKCP and the APECS accreditation process to become a Master

Supervisor, further refining my systemic supervisory identity through training and peer engagement.
