I am a Master Executive Coach accredited by APECS, and a coaching approach is also at the base of how I work as a leader and leadership training facilitator, corporate, leader, and team coach and management consultant.

I have been a professional coach since 1990, with experience from a wide range of industries, and a wide range of assignments in organisational- and leadership development, executive coaching, facilitating management groups in strategic planning, organising different events and performing presentations to boards and bigger audiences.

My individual coaching practice exceeds 4000 hours with even more hours in team coaching, leadership training, as well as individual and group supervision of managers, sport coaches and athletes.

I work and have worked with CEO:s, Nordic region managers and managers on several levels, management teams, and business teams, on issues as leadership, organisational and team development and change, as well as facilitating work on formulating visions, values and strategies, developing the business, services and / or production through continuous improvements leading to enhanced communication, engagement and ownership etc.

In a variety of industries as: Pharmaceutical, Media, Telecom, IT, Finance, Hospital, Mechanical Workshops, Retail, Law Firms, Schools, the Public Sector and Auto dealerships with owners, CEO:s, MD:s, Nordic region managers, country managers and managers in HR, IT, sales, production and teams in different functions, as well as with coaches in sports and several national and Olympic teams etc.

I have been doing research since 1998 on the subjects of coaching, leadership and leader-leadership-development-training (I will be happy to explain how these can be combined in a well designed program including coaching and coach training…), and how to create of well functioning organisational culture at the Success Cultures Research Centre.

Currently I am doing a doctoral research project on leadership and leadership development - that shows real effects on the organisational level - at the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David (UWTSD).

I have worked as an associate to several UK based management and coaching consultancies.

As Vice President of research in EMCC Global I lead the research initiatives of EMCC from 2012 - 2015. The main focus was to bridge the gap between research and practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision.
