Experience as an APECS Accredited Executive Coach

Professionally Qualified Coach with an established track record of coaching Executives from different professions, industries, cultural backgrounds - private and public (1000+hrs in 4 years).

Co-authored paper on Leadership of Turbulence for Drucker Memorial Conference in Vienna and Leadership of Resilient Organisations for Association of Business Psychologist’s book Psychology in Action.

Business and organisational experience

20+ years management and consulting experience with leading PLC’s, Public Sector organisations and consultancies, including Cap Gemini a leading global consultancy. Previous business career in the Health Care, Aviation, Food/FMCG and Professional Services sectors working as a Human Resources professional in organisations undergoing major change.

Middle East (e.g. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai) As well as USA, Hong Kong and Ghana.

International experience and training in Anthropology have provided an appreciation of how the business/cultural context is important to understanding the issues people face.
