Background and Experience
My coaching journey began in 2007 when, as HR Director at Best Western International, I certified as an internal coach and facilitator. It was there I also first experienced coaching as a client. A single curious question stopped my justification mid-sentence. I understood then how powerful it is when you finally start seeing your patterns.
Since then, I have worked with leaders across more than twenty countries, coaching, training, and mentoring over 2,000 leaders from the C-suite through senior leadership teams, across energy, technology, financial services, healthcare, professional services, and government.
Over my career, I've been a leader in startups, Fortune 500 companies, and multinationals. I've sat on boards, carried P&L responsibility, led the people and culture function, and founded six companies including this practice. However, the most challenging and rewarding work has been self-leadership.
