My background and experience:

Forged in a university environment as a specialist in organisational development and design, I spend my days helping leaders operate more effectively and sustainably within their ever-changing work contexts. I am passionate about enabling professional growth through personal insight. As a coach and facilitator, I design pragmatic, compassionate and effective ways for leaders and their teams to make better choices and get to the root of their challenges, always starting with the human first. Two decades of working in higher education has not stopped me supporting leaders and their teams in other fields. As well as academia and education, I currently work with the health, finance, media and charity sectors.

Through a combination of questioning, assessment and feedback to provoke deeper thinking

and generate greater awareness, I help my clients explore and challenge their mindset,

behaviours and action. They value my pragmatic approach and use of ‘real’ work to build

trust, foster accountability and improve performance.
