Judith Martin
I am an experienced, UK-trained, international executive and leadership coach, as well as organisational coach, mentor and supervisor. My aim is to enable and support my clients to accomplish their aspirations and navigate their transitions, careers, and uncertainty. I facilitate and guide personal and systemic change, learning and progress, with a focus on developing leadership capacity and transforming performance, while fostering greater awareness, adaptability, agility, resilience and creative resourcefulness.
Working cross-sector and across cultures, I partner with international enterprises and their leaders, managers and other professionals, as well as fellow coaches, change-makers, educators and other people practitioners. Through co-inquiry, dialogue and critical reflection, I enable my clients to make sense of their experience, situation and challenges, as well as to recognise opportunities. In this way, they expand and deepen their thinking and understanding so they can see more of their worlds, their (cultural) assumptions, limiting beliefs and blind spots. I encourage them to experiment with new ways of behaving, thinking, collaborating and being.
For the last three decades working in my field, I have lived in five different countries, including the UK, Germany, Spain and China, allowing me to bring a broad, global outlook and adaptive, systemic approach to my work, together with psychological insight and pragmatism. I hold accreditations with APECS as a Master Executive Coach and with the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach, as well as certifications in systemic team coaching, action learning facilitation and coaching supervision.
A UK-German citizen, multilingual, self-employed and based in Munich, I offer my services across Europe, the UK and globally. Additionally, I sometimes support humanitarian projects as a volunteer coach.
