Jeff has a strong reputation over the last years as a coach, supervisor and team coach. His approach is one of building on client’s strengths and resources, adopting a solutions-focused approach that creates energy and commitment to change for those he works with.

 

He is recognised as someone who can listen deeply, creatively and compassionately. He combines a rare blend of empathetic understanding with business and organisational awareness. He brings experience of a wide range of approaches and methods to his clients and that coupled with an ability to work across many roles and organisations, gives him a flexibility that clients and supervisees appreciate. He has particular interests in systems leadership, coaching in complexity, and coaching and spirituality.

 

He has experience of over 150+ organisations from the full range of UK and European businesses, from banks, engineering, petro-chemical, retail; in public sector NHS, health, local authorities, charities, CIC’s and faith based groups.
