About Gregor

Gregor has been helping leaders and teams to deliver measurably improved performance through his coaching since 2001. His clients quickly develop and implement successful strategies through the concrete action plans he co-develops with his clients, grounded in their specific business context and personal reality. His clients tell him that they value his practical and pragmatic approach.

His coaching is built on many years of commercial experience in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. Graduating from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Psychology, he started a thirteen-year sales career working for both large multinationals and smaller start-up ventures, where his expertise was building strategic relationships and breaking into new markets. His last commercial role was a start-up, building an online joint venture with one of the world's largest publishing houses.

He made the transition to coaching leaders and teams, building on his original degree subject of psychology to develop a deep psychological approach to his coaching. He has worked with well over 100 executives and managers to identify and overcome the barriers standing between them and further success.
