Elaine Cox
Dr Elaine Cox is a senior lecturer within the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University. She holds a PhD in Educational Research and supervises students on the Doctor of Coaching and Mentoring programme at Oxford Brookes. Elaine is an experienced researcher, author and editor. In addition to writing a number of books and articles, she is also the founding editor of the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring.
