In the last 15 years I have developed an executive coaching practice, coaching CEOs, Executive Board Directors, Directors and Senior Managers.
About my Practice
I enable senior executives to develop strategy, explore their organisations' deeper, sensitive and more complex cultural issues and behaviours. Using a dialogic and systemic approach; I support, confront and challenge senior executives; helping them to look at behaviours and attitudes to change within themselves and their organisations. I incorporate collaborative and facilitative forms of leadership development to influence their processes and the outcomes of change.
As well as being a member of the BACP Coaching group I am currently completing my MA in Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brookes.
