David Jones

David Jones is an experienced leadership and organisation development consultant and

coach who specialises in supporting leaders, teams and organisations to navigate

complexity and create the conditions for sustainable improvement. With a background in the

health voluntary sector, David helps people unlock their potential, strengthen relationships

and lead with authenticity and clarity. His work is grounded in developing resilience, building

psychological safety and supporting those who drive innovation and cultural change across

health, care and beyond.

David’s coaching style is appreciative, reflective and practical. He works with individuals,

groups and senior teams to explore challenges openly, address conflict constructively, and

create alignment on what matters most. He is particularly experienced in working with

executives and senior leaders in health and care systems, including Integrated Care Boards,

NHS Trusts and national programmes, but his approach is equally applicable to leaders in

other sectors facing complexity and change.

Through one-to-one coaching, team coaching and facilitation, David helps leaders improve

their effectiveness, wellbeing and impact. He is committed to creating the space for people

to slow down, think differently and find new ways forward together.

David is part of the NHS Leaders Wellbeing Programme faculty, supporting executives to

strengthen their personal resilience and lead for wellbeing. He also played a leading role in

the award-winning Diabetes UK Clinical Champions programme, which built the capacity

of clinicians to act as agents of improvement and innovation in services and systems.

David holds an MSc in People and Organisation Development from Roffey Park, focusing on

complexity-based approaches to leadership development. He works as an associate with

Living Potential, Practive, Future Works and Kaleidoscope, specialising in coaching and

development for senior leaders and systems.
