Joanna Hughes – APECS Membership Secretary

 
 

I look after the Membership here at APECS and love being involved with such a warm team.

My role involves everything from handling new member requests, managing the annual renewal process, distributing applications through our Accreditation Team and replying to all member enquiries.

I am here to help members with any queries they might have with regards to their membership – I if I don’t have the answer immediately for them, I will do my best to find out!

One of my most favourite parts of my role in APECS is always being open to see how we can improve our membership processes and implementing new ideas.
