Arvid Buit
Arvid Buit is a Netherlands-based leadership psychologist, executive coach and strategy consultant
with over two decades of experience working at the highest levels of international business. He
holds Master Executive Coach accreditation with APECS, EMCC, ICF, and Marshall Goldsmith,
placing him among a select group of coaches recognised globally as leaders in the field.
He is the author of three books on leadership psychology, with a particular focus on the psychology
of narcissism in leadership, the gap between how leaders perceive themselves and how they actually
behave, and the conditions that allow both leaders and organisations to genuinely thrive. His work
