Arabella is a business consultant, executive coach and entrepreneur, who for over 20 years has helped leaders transform themselves, their teams and their organisations. She is valued for her perceptive insight, practical advice and warm style. She is passionate about helping organisations build cultures that combine trust with challenge and uses this approach in her coaching too.

She currently works with both established businesses and scale-ups, which means she is well-aware of the different issues facing these two worlds and how this poses challenges for both groups. Fundamentally Arabella is curious about people and how to help them bring the best of themselves to their world of work. A founder of both The Thinking Partnership and Gyre, Arabella is a chartered psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Liverpool, and post-grad certificate in Organisational Consulting & Leadership from the Tavistock Institute. As an undergraduate, she studied Social Psychology at the University of Kent and the University of Massachusetts, USA.
