Alison Hardingham
Alison is Director of Business Psychology at Yellow Dog Consulting, the company which she founded in 2000. She is an executive coach, a leadership development trainer, and a developer and supervisor of other coaches.

Alison is a business psychologist who has worked for many years helping people in organisations to explore and understand their own responses, motives and behaviours so that they can work together more enjoyably and more effectively. She is a Visiting Professor at Henley Business School, where she leads the teaching on both the Professional Certificate in Coaching and the second year of the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.
