As an Executive Coach, I bring empathy and a true interest in the individual to every coaching assignment. Having worked in intercultural consultancy and training for 20 years I support many coaches in international settings.
Background and experience
I qualified as an Executive Coach in early 2012 and have since worked for a wide range of different clients across many industries. Some of my work is in an intercultural context, supporting individuals working across different cultures. My coaching work is not limited to this international context though. I support individuals of all backgrounds in their development. I have worked at all levels of seniority, from Future Leaders through to CEOs.
My own corporate background is in the IT and translation industry.
My coaching approach depends first and foremost on the needs of the client. My focus is on staying with the client and achieving flow rather than forcing every conversation into a pre-defined structure. That said, I am also comfortable with using coaching models if they are helpful for achieving the client’s goals. During my training at the Academy of Executive Coaching, I developed my own coaching model which is based on the Solutions Focus approach.
Coaching conversations can be carried out in English or German.
