Full Profile
I specialise in transformational coaching and leadership development. I work with individuals and teams.
I have a Masters’ degree in Psychological Coaching (Southbank University/Metanoia Institute), post-graduate diplomas in executive coaching and mentoring (Management Futures), company direction and governance (Institute of Directors) and leadership and management (Goldsmiths University). I am a master NLP hypnotic practitioner trained with Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and Tony Robbins. I am an authorised user of the Harthill Leadership Development Profile.
My background is in the not-for-profit sector. I have 18 years’ experience working as a Chief Executive of a charitable training organisation that developed talent for the film and broadcast industry. I currently work with local authorities’ child protection teams to support the leadership development of social workers.
I have developed a signature presence to hold my clients in a state that is receptive to change. I have developed this through decades of yoga and meditative practice and shamanic training.
My coaching sessions help my clients to;
identify and change limiting and empowering patterns of thinking and behaving
expand awareness of the choices that they have in every moment
increase their confidence, happiness, resilience and well-being
overcome anxiety, negative self-talk and self-doubt
develop the courage to set and achieve new goals
change careers, gain promotion and overcome workplace challenges
develop strategic thinking and the confidence to lead organisational change
identify and consolidate or expand into a later action logic
My clients include Telefonica, The Big Lottery Fund, The Frontline Organisation, Clore Leadership Foundation, Ravensbourne College, Mind, Mencap and many housing associations, local authorities, charities and small businesses.
