I have a background in academia in the Social Sciences, co-creating and delivering training in Coaching Supervision, Executive Coaching in public & private sectors, now specialising in supervision. My approach is relational, co-creative and dialogical, with a mindfulness-based underpinning. Over the past 35 years I have supervised a whole range of professionals, including Art Therapists, Teachers, Psychotherapists, Counsellors and, Executive Coaches.
I love to be in learning partnerships, sharing ideas, ways of working, and working to enhance both personal and professional development. I have a light touch, playful at times, supportive as well as challenging, and I continually experience the possibilities for reciprocal learning in supervision relationships. I work with novice coaches as well as with those with more experience.
I work 1-1, with both internal and external coaches, face to face as well as via Skype and Zoom. I have clients in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US.
