About my Practice

I coach and consult to CEO's, C-Suite - and Fast-track leaders, their teams, Boards and organisations committed to improving their own and their business' performance.

More than 30 years of global business, leadership and change management experience provides me with a deep understanding of global business environments, cultures and challenges faced by leaders.

I am experienced in personally managing complex change through mergers, acquisitions, business restructuring and downsizing; leading teams of talented people; the supervision and training of coaches, and managing a small business. My results-orientated approach has created a track record of delivering on business transformation and personal change, helping leaders achieve personal and business performance goals, develop their teams and building long-term stakeholder relationships. My clients are Senior Leaders in the UK, across Europe, Southern Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.

I co-design the engagement with each client, based on background, experience, preferences and business context, and change it at any point if it does not produce the results expected. Clients find my coaching challenging, the solutions pragmatic and the outcomes affirming. You can expect me to be straight talking, direct, warm, creative, open-minded and yet supportive. I expect clients to be willing to step out of their comfort zones, challenge themselves, and be prepared to have a go at new ways of thinking and doing. I believe success is always possible. Authenticity, a sense of humour and perspective are important elements of my work.

  • Honours in Organisation Psychology
  • Masters in Management
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching
  • Certificate in Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants
  • Certificate in Global Mindset Inventory
  • Various psychometric qualifications including MBTI, ECR, Prophet
Accredited by the Association of Professional Executive Coaches and Supervisors (APECS) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

.In addition to my coaching and leadership of a small Partnership, I write articles and blogs, mentor coaches and volunteer as a parenting coach.
