Coaching leaders for workplace inclusion and diversity

Coaching leaders for workplace inclusion and diversity

A perspective on how coaches can support leaders to achieve their goals

A webinar presented by Vikki Leach.

  •  I&D has become a hot topic for executives, the session will equip coaches to bring the conversation out to help their clients on knowing ‘where to start’ and ‘what to do’
  • It will challenge ‘why this is important’ to their organization and identify why it cannot be ignored in today’s world
  • The webinar will explore how leaders can be equipped and supported in the topic, and be confident in positioning themselves rather than shy away from the subject
  • The session will be interactive and provide the ability for coaches to reflect on their own levels of awareness for I&D so they feel equipped to take the topic to their clients
  • It starts with us, we need to raise our own awareness to equip others, the session will test and challenge participants in a safe environment

Vikki Leach bio summary
Vikki is a specialist in Inclusion & Diversity and Behavioural Change, she holds an MSc in Professional Coaching and Behavioural Change.

She has extensive experience of leading change in organisations, engaging business leaders on the topic.

She challenges the thinking of ‘the norm’ and pushes on ‘dare to be different.’ This goes to the heart of her belief that organisations are higher performing when leaders and teams are more conscious of inclusive leadership and how their behaviour impacts others.

Vikki regularly works at Board level advising and simply ‘getting the I&D conversation on the table,’ enhancing a safe learning environment to educate leaders on the sensitive and emotive topic.

Vikki has written a book for Pearson Publishing, commissioned by the Financial Times, to be published 2021: ‘The Financial Times Guide to Inclusion & Diversity.’
