Team Coaching for Organisation Change

Team Coaching for Organisation Change

Presented by Chris Smith.

Team Coaching helps leadership teams to grow their capacities to tackle current and emerging opportunities/challenges and adapt for future success. In the last year, leadership teams have had to respond rapidly to substantial, disruptive change. For many, but not all, it has accelerated the reshaping of business models and created a step change in working patterns. Leadership teams are pivotal for making sense of and working through these changes. In this session, Chris will explore how team coaching can help leadership teams respond and shape future direction, starting with themselves.
