Presented by APECS Board Director Chris Smith.
Team Coaching helps leadership teams grow their capacity to tackle current and emerging opportunities/challenges and adapt for future success.
In the last year, leadership teams have had to respond rapidly to substantial, disruptive change. For many, but not all, it has accelerated the reshaping of business models and created a step change in working patterns. Leadership teams are pivotal for making sense of and working through these changes.
This session is most suited to new and experienced team coaches wanting to explore how to maximise the impact of their work. We will focus on the use of the team coaching process to energise organisation change. Chris will explore how team coaching can help leadership teams respond and shape future direction, starting with themselves.
