A webinar presented by David Drake - supported by Frances White.
Over the past couple of years, many people, organisations and coaches have lost their sense of being connected - with others, with their teams, with their clients - and with parts of themselves. In a practical, very nurturing workshop, we will explore how to re-identify who we now are, bring lost parts of ourselves back into the party.
We have also noticed the importance of gentleness in the spaces we hold, and that this gentle, nourishing energy, with soft not sharp focus, can help us to feel and express more nuance.
In a world that is screaming for extremes, polarities, intensity, over-statement, working with nuance, gentling ourselves so that the shy parts might show up quietly and become more connected and integrated - this might be the work. In a quiet, light holding of a space that can support perhaps grief and other feelings that may not have been voiced, we will learn together how to encourage the more vulnerable, hidden parts of self to show up and be heard.
We would like to invite you to spend some time dancing with parts of yourself that you may only glimpse from time to time. We would love to invite you to know yourself in a different way and to bring more of yourself into your work, to enable your clients to know themselves too.
