Agency in the Dark Webinar presented by Russell McCann.

In these times of high uncertainty, it can be hard to know just how to be here.

This is an interactive session to think together about:

1. Being here with greater presence and fewer assumptions;
2. Moving through change with greater clarity and intention;
3. And recognising unconscious patterns as invitations to greater conscious awareness.

This webinar is for APECS members, however, if you would like to bring up to 2 non-members as your guests, please email us to register them - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Dare to Be Brave in Business Relationships Webinar presented by APECS Honorary Member, Lise Lewis.

This session is relevant whether you’re a coach, mentor, supervisor, manager or leader and focuses on those difficult conversations that many prefer to avoid and certainly don’t relish receiving! Avoidance isn’t the answer to gaining cooperation for improvement that works for both the individual and the organisation.

Beautiful ideas that can make us ill and how to prevent it

Beautiful ideas that can make us ill and how to prevent it

A webinar presented by Tatiana Bachkirova.

Coaching as an industry appears to be developing much faster than coaching as a discipline. One consequence of this discrepancy is a surge of what I refer to as "popularism" in the current practice and discourses of coaching - a flood of 'beautiful' Ideas and popular concepts that are overemphasized and overused to the extent of becoming clichés devoid of substantive meaning.

In this webinar we will discuss the shadow sides of the three ‘beautiful’ ideas and consider some ways of mitigating unwanted influences.

Technology, ecology and coaching conversations in business: convergence or disruption? A webinar presented by Adina Tarry.

The webinar aims to refocus the reflection of coaches and supervisors from visible outcomes (ex. climate change) to the actual causes in the wider systems of business and technology. It raises questions about our practice, values and beliefs; how and if we influence outcomes in corporations, SMEs and individual leaders or teams.

The Necessary Revolution in Coaching from Ego-centric to Eco-centric

The Necessary Revolution in Coaching from Ego-centric to Eco-centric

A webinar presented by Eve Turner (APECS Chair) & Peter Hawkins (APECS President)

In this webinar, Peter and Eve will examine what we thought we knew about coaching, and how that is shifting. From the Covid-19 pandemic to climate change, what does systemic coaching really mean, and how do we work systemically and keep the needs of the whole world rather than one person in front of us?

Please note: This session will be recorded.
